Welcome to Artzake.in. We provide you the option to avail all services offered by us or through our affiliates, prior to which you need to agree to our terms and conditions.
Do ensure that you have read the terms and conditions properly to avoid any discrepancies. While you avail our services and the services offered by our affiliates currently or in the future, you will abide by all conditions and guidelines that are applicable.
PURCHASES:
When you make a purchase on our website or our application we will issue the confirmation through email and/or through mobile messages about the ordered products. These acceptances are subject to your assent to the condition of sale and no other conditions will be applicable in this context.
COMMUNICATION:
You initiate electronic communication with us when you visit our website and/or send any emails to use. With this communication, you give us your consent to receive any communications from our end electronically (which is through emails, messages, notices on website). You will have to agree that any kind of legal needs are satisfied when we communicate to you through notices and any other means of electronic communication and such communications shall only be in writing.
PRICES:
The price of products mentioned on our websites are fixed and inclusive of taxes. Any additional charges will be notified on the website before confirmation of the order. All prices that we post on our website can be changed without any prior notice.
PAYMENTS:
All payments need to be made prior to shipment. Shipping of the product will commence only after receiving of payment. Payments made through credit card, debit card, net banking and mobile payment (UPI) are all accepted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All arrangements needed for shipping will commence as soon as the order has been placed and the payment has been received. All risks related to damage of the product and product lost are transferred to you post the delivery of the product.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION:
Any request for return and replacement will be accepted only if the product has been damaged during shipment. Any damage in the product during shipment can be replaced with a new product. Returns will be accepted if the product has been wrongly delivered or if the packaging is incomplete, however the product needs to be returned in their original conditions. Any and all discrepancies should be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product.
In cases where the customer fails in notifying us of the damaged goods within the due date mentioned, we reserve the rights to accept or reject the request based on the circumstances. And all such replacements shall be made with or without additional charges at our sole discretion.
Artzake.in will make all efforts to replace the specific product that has been ordered. However we reserve the right to provide you an alternate product of the same value in case the specific product is out of stock. The customer can also opt to choose a different product of higher value if they are willing to settle the difference. When replacements are made with products of lower value, the difference in amount shall be credited to the customer’s website wallet, which can be availed during the next order.
Any requests for replacement due to normal wear and tear, customer remorse and negligence will be invalid. Failing to make replacement requests under the fixed deadline will give us the power to deny the request for replacement.
Any requests related to changes in quantity, addition of items, cancellation of order or any other specific changes can be accepted and the order can be modified. However all sales are final and all change requests need to be raised before the commencement of shipping. Post shipping, no changes will be accepted to the order.
Cancellation of the accepted order can be done by Artzake.in before commencement of shipping for reasons such as
- Credit department does not give approval of your payment.
- If there are any problems with the mode of payment you have selected.
REFUNDS:
When you cancel your order before commencement of shipment, stocking fee which is a minimum of 10% of the value of the order will be deducted from the eligible refund value. However refunds initiated post-delivery due to damaged goods are entitled to a complete refund. All refunds post-delivery are subjected to our cancellation and refund policy. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s website wallet within 5-10 working days.
ACCESS TO WEBSITE:
The website should not be duplicated or exploited or reproduced for any commercial purposes without our consent in writing. Anyone accessing the site should not frame or utilize any framing technology for enclosing trademarks, logos and other information on the site.
Users are not permitted to access or use the metatags or hidden texts for utilizing the name or trademark of the company without written consent from the owners.
ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT:
Your account can be accessed from your computer or any other electronic device under your user ID and password. As per the company’s privacy policy you are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of the account’s user ID and password. In addition to that you also accept responsibility of all the activities that occur under your user ID and password.
REVIEW, COMMENT & COMMUNICATION:
The content: All users and visitors to the website will be able to post comments, reviews and other contents on the website including different ideas, suggestions, and queries under the condition that all content typed in are not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening or infringing the rights of intellectual property of the third party. None of the comments should contain software viruses, commercial, political campaigns or mass mailing.
Information validity: In cases where any wrong information, irrelevant content, unparliamentary posts are published in the form of comment or review, we reserve all rights in removing such content from the website. And in certain cases the user may get banned from posting any further comments or reviews.
Owning rights: For any post that you have posted with accurate content, you can control the right for that particular post. In case your comments cause injury to any individual / entity you accept to indemnify Artzake or its affiliate for claims that may result due to such posting. The site will not take any liability for the content that you have posted and the site also has the right to edit or remove the activity of the content.
RISK OF LOSS:
Any products purchased from the website or the application are adhered to the contract of shipment. Once the product is delivered, the title of risk and loss will also be passed over to the concerned party.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT:
Artzake.in and the affiliated sites will try our best to be as accurate as possible with the delivery of the product. Since all the products are handmade and labor intensive each product is unique and might have some natural defects caused due to cement setting (such as air holes) and some manual errors. The company will not be responsible for any natural error formation on the product. Returns and refunds can be initiated only if the product has been damaged during shipment and other conditions as mentioned earlier.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY:
Artzake.in has the right to make any changes in the website, the terms and conditions and the policies anytime without any intimation. Do review all our policies at frequent intervals in case of any discrepancies. If any of these conditions are invalid, unenforceable or void for any reason they can be considered as severable and it will not affect the validity and enforceability of other conditions.
